T. Freemantle Limited are proud to announce that they have successfully partnered with one of the UK's largest food groups to develop machinery to automate a unique pack design. The machine is a semi automatic machine which requires manual insertion of the product into the erected and presented carton. The machinery can accommodate a wide range of sizes and is capable of running a single portion pack through to a full rack of ribs.

T. Freemantle Limited are proud to announce that they have recently installed two further Fully Automatic cartoning machines with Kraft Foods. The two machines will join another Freemantle cartoner previously installed in the same factory running a range of high quality confectionery products.
Auto Preglued Sleever
High Speed Band Sleeving
This video shows our patented fully automatic preglued sleever running a centrally positioned band sleeve at 85 ready meals per minute. The clip shows the machines integral infeed transfer, sleeve erecting and loading. The design of the machine allows for many different sleeve sizes, shapes and positions with just a few minute size change.
Tray/Top Load Carton Erector
Shown here is a servo carton erector. This machine can be employed to erect both top load cartons and trays at speeds up to 40 per minute. The machine is capable of erecting many different tray and carton sizes, designs and material types.
Intermittent Cartoner

Show here is our intermittent cartoner. We have installed this machine for applications which involve the loading of multiple items in one box at speeds up to 40 cartons per minute. You will see that the product can be confined as it is loaded in the carton which makes the machine perfect for bagged irregular products such as chicken nuggets and fish fillets etc.
Wrap Around Sleever 150/min
Yogurt packs 4's and 6's
The video shows a machine running at speeds up to 150 packs per minute on a 4 pack yogurt pack. This machine is one of 4 machine installed in the same plant running a variety of 4 and 6 pack combinations. The machines also incorporate a peelable glue applicator to stick the sleeve to the film of the pots for security of the sleeve in store.
Pizza Sleever
90 pizzas per minute
Shown here is a specially built machine for wrapping a chilled shrink wrapped pizza within a watchstrap sleeve. The machine is fully automatic and accepts the pizza from the line at speeds up to 90 per minute. The sleeve is also adhered to the base of the pizza to ensure the sleeve is secure in store.
Manual Twin Pot Sleever
Semi automatic wraparound
The video opposite shows our manual semi automatic wraparound sleever. The machine is running a twin pot pack as shown but can also be used for single packs. The system will run a range of sizes and will cycle at up to 60 sleeves per minute. Ideal for lower volume applications, product launches and extra production.
Another Australian Installation
Yates choose Freemantle
Yates of Australia have chosen one of Freemantle's semi cartoners to pack their range of bagged and pouched products. The machine proved to be flexible and quick and east to size change and capable of running the required speed of 60 packs per minute comfortably with one operator. The video shows their gravy powder pack running at 60 per minute.
Compact tray erector and collator loader.
T. Freemantle Limited have supplied Premier foods with one of their super compact end of line systems for shelf ready presentation of their Yeast range of products. This unit runs two shelf ready tray sizes with two different collations of cartons. The simple compact design incorporates different collation devices to load products including aerosols, bottles, cartons, bags and pouches.
The new simplified Tray erector is fitted with the latest Nordson glue application equipment and linear motion drives to ensure perfect adhesive application and clean running even with shallow small wall shelf ready trays. The pick and place device also utilises the best in linear motion technology to ensure an accurate, reliable and maintenance free operation.
The whole system operates within a floor space of less than 2 square meters.
Automatic Foil Cartoner
T. Freemantle Limited has secured another contract to supply Automatic cartoning machinery for food wrap Foil and Cling Film with one of the UK's leading converter. The machine can run a roll width of between 300mm and 450mm and can operate with a range of carton designs at speeds up to 150 rolls per minute. The Video opposite shows the machine running a 450mm roll at 120 cartons per minute.
